Online selection platform Recrout will provide HR consultancy firm Cubiks with psychometric tools. Both parties announced this at the end of January. The collaboration is exclusive and focused on the Dutch market, with the potential to expand internationally if successful.

Data, Analytics, and Soft Skills

With this collaboration, both parties are preparing for developments in data-driven recruitment, HR analytics, and the growing importance of soft skills in selecting new employees, according to Recrout CEO Karim Akhlal. “A lot will happen in these areas in the coming years. Data and its quality remain the biggest challenges. Partnering with a reputable and reliable company like Cubiks allows us to enhance our services—both nationally and internationally—using validated tools, ultimately providing even better service to our clients. We are truly honored by this collaboration.”

Promising

Jouko van Aggelen, Director Netherlands at Cubiks, describes the collaboration as follows: “Recrout is, in my view, one of the most promising HR startups in the Netherlands. The potential reach of their platform is enormous. It gives people the opportunity to be easily and efficiently discovered by employers based on their personality profile and to connect directly without unnecessary intermediaries. We are excited to witness Recrout’s ongoing development up close and look forward to supporting them in this journey.”
